1/3 of a banana: I'm a stickler for keeping sugar content as low as possible, even from natural sources
1/2 of an avocado
1 cup spinach
1 cup almond milk: I use no sugar, vanilla
5 drops stevia
1 1/2 tsp chopped cacao or cacoa nibs, or a bit more
1/4 tsp peppermint extract, Frontier is a good brand
hemp seeds and additional chopped cacao for garnish
Mix this all up in a high speed blender and top with hemp seeds and chopped cacao.
